Remark
- This policy can only apply on online shopping via www.fitflop.co.th. The company does not accept the return from FitFlop stores or FitFlop counters in department stores.
- You may contact or follow up the consideration to return the product through Customer Service by email at admin@fitflop.co.th or LIVE CHAT, Mon-Fri from 09.00-23.00 (except Public Holidays)
- FitFlop reserves the right conditions of replacement / refund according to the company policy.
- Please identify your order numbers, address, e-mail, and contact number for fast process.
Your order can be returned within 14 days after the date the item(s) is received.
- If you have received the wrong item(s) in your order
- If you have received defective/ broken item(s) in your order
- If your order is missing during delivery
Exchange policy
FitFlop has the policy to accept products within 14 days according to this issue
- The products have been damaged during the delivery process
- The products do not match with the orders i.e. wrong color or size. To be eligible for exchange items, returning item(s) and its packages must be in new condition, sealed condition (unopen), complete (free gift, manual, accessories, original box and tags and labels attached)
- If a customer needs to return goods for any reason other than defective products, damaged products, incomplete items lost in shipping, products that do not match the details on the website, received the wrong product, or size does not fit, please contact Customer Service, who will make the process as easy as possible for you in accordance with our company's standards and policies. The product must be in good condition, it's never been cleaned or worn and there is a product label, as well as a complete package and receipt. Please contact Customer Service to begin the process of requesting a product return.
- If the product is out of stock, the company will start the refunding process immediately. The refund payment normally takes 7-14 business days after the date that the products have arrived the warehouse and have been checked.
- Customer service team will verify the item and reserve the rights of replacement/refund according to the company policy.
Return the item(s)
Enclose the receipt along with the item(s) and send via Post to the address below. The item(s) and its packages must be in new condition, sealed condition (unopen), complete (free gift, manual, accessories, original box and tags and labels attached).
Please contact our Customer Service 02-026-6524 , Mon-Fri from 09.00-23.00 (except Public Holidays) to arrange the date and time that our delivery company can pick up the item(s) that you want to exchange or return.
FitFlop will verify the item according to the company policy and contact back within 5 working days to confirm the status.
If FitFlop doesn't find the fault on the product, we will deliver the product back to the customer. Returning by post may take 7-10 business days. The company reserves the right to claim the delivery costs.
